We offer appointment reminders via text on your cell phone 24 hours in advance.ย ย Please check to make sure you are subscribed to receive text/emails to your cell phone and respond to the text message to confirm your appointment.ย ย Appointments not confirmed via text will automatically be canceled midnight before your appointment opening that time for someone to book.
If you are more thanย 5 minutesย late to your appointment,ย you WILL be subject to a 15% late fee and/or we may have to reschedule your appointment.ย ย We get that life is busy, however we would never double book your time, so please do everything to not book yours.ย ย If you have not arrived to the spa within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time and no communication has been received, then your appointment will be notated as a โno-call/no-showโ.
Our team wants to be available for your needs and the needs of all our clients.ย ย When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses an opportunity to be seen. We respectfully ask that you give 24 hours notice if you must cancel or change your scheduled appointment.ย ย Late cancellations will be subject to 50% of your scheduled appointment.
Any no shows to a scheduled appointment WILL result in a no-show fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled services.ย ย We recognize the time of our clients and team is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason.
We understand the challenges that arise when it comes to childcare, however for liability reasons we are currently unable to accommodate children in our spa without supervision.ย ย With the nature of our services, neither you nor our therapist will be able to step away from your treatment to provide supervision.ย ย Thank you in advance for your understanding.
