Appointment Reminders
We offer appointment reminders via text on your cell phone 24 hours in advance. Please check to make sure you are subscribed to receive text/emails to your cell phone and respond to the text message to confirm your appointment. Appointments not confirmed via text will automatically be canceled midnight before your appointment opening that time for someone to book.
Late Policy
If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, you WILL be subject to a 15% late fee and/or we may have to reschedule your appointment. We get that life is busy, however we would never double book your time, so please do everything to not book yours. If you have not arrived to the spa within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time and no communication has been received, then your appointment will be notated as a “no-call/no-show”.
Cancellations
Our team wants to be available for your needs and the needs of all our clients. When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses an opportunity to be seen. We respectfully ask that you give 24 hours notice if you must cancel or change your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations will be subject to 50% of your scheduled appointment.
